Washington, DC.  Urban Pace, a Washington, DC, real estate sales company, today announced that its Rhodes Hill Square (www.rhodeshillsquare.com) community in Arlington, Virginia, achieved the highest sales pace in the Washington region for the month of January. These city home style condominiums sold for prices that ranged from the mid $700 thousands to the high $900 thousands.
The first phase of the project is completely sold out and the second phase is 90% sold. Urban Pace also announced new pricing on the just released Central Building, which contains what it characterizes as the “most sought-after penthouses.”

“We attribute the Rhodes Hill Square success to a number of factors,” said Lynn Hackney, President of Urban Pace (www.urbanpace.com).  “The developer’s product, the location, our sales team, our marketing partners. Buyers are responding to a great opportunity to own a premium home with all the amenities in a convenient close-in Metro location in Arlington’s R&B corridor.”

According to Jan Zachariasse of Waterford Development, the developer of Rhodes Hill Square, the key to Urban Pace’s success is the way the company works so closely with each person and entity involved. “The Urban Pace approach is very hands-on with nothing left to chance. The goal is to engage each of the players, which of course includes the buyers themselves, in a process that results in everyone feeling satisfied with the outcome.”

Rhodes Hill Square has just been recognized in the Great American Living Awards with the honors as DC Metropolitan Best Architecture - 4 Stores and Under. It was also nominated for Best Landscaping.
