Prerequisite: Customer service and phone sales experience.
Position Summary: The Sales Associate’s (SA) primary responsibility will be providing support to the Sales Managers. To ensure success, the SA will precisely execute all systems as designed.  Responsibilities will include following up with leads, assisting with processing client paperwork, updating Goldmine contact records, MRIS searches, handling showing appointments, attending home inspections and representing the company at open houses and events.

Position Summary: Urban Pace Fine Homes’ business model allows our sales staff to do what they do best -- SELL! Lead generation and appointment setting is handled through the marketing department, taking away the time consuming challenge of managing and qualifying leads in hopes of closing the next deal. In addition, we provide in-house training to keep our agents on top of the market. Our sales agent employees are also provided company paid benefits with healthcare, dental, and even a 401K. We take on a limited number of new properties each year, allowing us to attentively partner with every client. For this reason, our roster of projects ranges from the smallest condominium development near Dupont Circle to an entire community containing town homes and condominiums at Courthouse in Arlington, VA.

The ideal candidate must be a proven successful sales agent ready to enhance his or her career. Real Estate License required.
